Attorney Kyle R. Crane represents clients in areas of divorce, parentage, child custody and support establishment and modification, and other family law matters. He is also a child advocate, serving as Guardian ad Litem for minor children in custody disputes between parents in divorce and parentage cases. Mr. Crane has been exclusively practicing family law since 2017, and he is licensed to practice law in the states of Kansas and Missouri.
Mr. Crane uses his expertise in communication and legal advocacy to understand his clients’ issues and zealously advocate on their behalf at all stages of litigation. His negotiation skills and courtroom experience enable him to obtain favorable settlements and judgments for his clients. Mr. Crane makes it his top priority to effectively communicate with his clients and be available when they need him. He truly listens to his clients and gives them the knowledge and guidance they need, and he keeps his clients informed and involved.
Mr. Crane is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Crane is a selected member of the Johnson County Kansas Family Law Inn of Court and he serves as a Trustee of the Johnson County Bar Foundation.
Mr. Crane grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, and he studied at the University of Kansas, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and his Juris Doctor. From 2017 until starting his own law firm in 2022, Mr. Crane practiced family law at the firm Norton Hare L.L.C. with some of the best family law attorneys in the Kansas City Metro area.
